How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted on its own, because no two are alike: a game's full soundtrack, an ad jingle and a soundtrack album need very different things. Tell us what you're making and when you need it, and we'll send you a proposal shaped around it. If you already have a budget range in mind, sharing it helps us suggest the best way to use it.
How long does a project take?
We plan every schedule around your key dates. As a rough guide, a trailer or an ad usually takes a few weeks once the edit is locked, while a full soundtrack album takes a few months. If you're heading for a launch or a Kickstarter campaign, reach out as early as you can: a couple of months ahead is ideal.
What should we send to get started?
A short description of the project, a few reference tracks, games or films (and what you like about them), the list of what you need, and your timeline. If we're scoring to picture, a rough or locked cut and the release date. Don't worry if it isn't all figured out yet; working that out together is part of the job.
How do feedback and revisions work?
You hear the music early. We share sketches before full production, then go through review rounds at set points: direction, draft and final mix. How many rounds are included is written into the proposal, so there are no surprises.
Who owns the music?
We agree on rights and licensing in writing before any work begins. You get a license that covers how you need to use the music, such as your game or campaign, its trailers and its promotion. If you need something different, like exclusive rights, we're happy to talk it through.
Do you work with teams outside Turkey?
Yes, most of our clients are abroad, many of them in the US. We work remotely over email and video calls from Istanbul (UTC+3), which overlaps comfortably with both European and American working hours.
What do you deliver?
High-resolution WAV files by default: album masters, loop-ready game music, sound effects and ambiences, or a trailer mix with separate music, effects and voice stems. For film we deliver a stereo mix and stems to your delivery spec. Tell us where it's going and we'll match the format and loudness.
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course. Many projects are still under wraps when we start. Nothing goes public until you've announced it, and we agree on the credit wording with you beforehand.
Can you work with our existing composer or audio team?
Yes. We can mix and master someone else's score, add sound design to a trailer that already has music, or join your team for one part of a project. We'll just need the stems or session files.
Do you work with small or first-time teams?
Absolutely. We'll help you shape the scope around your budget, for example by starting with a main theme and a trailer, then growing the soundtrack as the project grows.
